008 guest issue. |

I have ppl consistently asking me .. as they could not make it into the quota.
How will it work this year .. how many, how long, how much .. you know ..
"The organizers should specify a clear guest policy concerning entrance to the assembly and length of stay, depending upon available space and security issues. This guest policy should be released together with applications." [p. 15]

Apologies for lack of clarity but we have been dealing with this on a case by case basis up until now.The guest policy for EASA 008 is;
We will provide an evening meal for guest for e10.
We will not provide accommodation or transport for guests of EASA008.
As we are not accommmodating guests ourselves how many and how long is not so important. However, all NCs should notify us of guests details; ie. how long, how many, do they want evening meal, etc in the next month.
There is plenty accommodation in Letterfrack(which is tiny by the way);

If anyone is interested in renting an apartment during easa(min stay 1 week), please contact us as we are renting several apartments in Letterfrack.

We'll organize everything with our NC if we are coming as guests; i am intresed in the prize of the apartments you are renting in leterrfrack..how many peple are sharing it and the prize per night, and of course if there's still place available.

Hi Kotryna,Skype should be possible, but it's a lot of hassle when anything that needs to be said can be done via email

Hi Ana, It costs e18:50 per night for one bed in a 2 bedroom, 3 bed apartment. We haven't booked anything yet so we cannot guarantee this.comment this story:
