hello everybody!
we're slowly, but steadily getting more organised for next year. for any concerns to special topics, write to one of the following e-mail-adresses:

generally, there is
-> organiser@easa005.ch

other exisiting adresses to specific topics are
-> workshops@easa005.ch
-> lectures@easa005.ch
-> visa@easa005.ch (nc's, please start sending info!)
-> location@easa005.ch

the website, still in its pathetic state like before easa: www.easa005.ch

marko, could you please put the "organiser-adress" in the contact list both in the swiss section (leave the personal ones too) and at the contact-point for lost countries? additionally i think it would be great if the appeal for lost countries to contact us would not only be on the bottom of the list!

thanks, flo_ch

like that?

schrott, Sunday, 29. August 2004, 12:58
do you mean that it's the most stupid idea to publish the adresses on the weblog cause you get thousands of junkmails afterwards? you're so fucking right...

any ideas how to publish it avoiding this problem? can i only send it to the people, and would it help deleting them from the blog or is it too late anyway?

....i have been receiving lots of junk mail at two addresses published here. and it started since the blog/website started.... maybe one of the options would be to make them as mailto: links ???

you can ask to the administrator to write a php function to create dynamically a bitmap picture displaying email adresses. So, spammers search engines can not read it.
Check this tut:
elementary graphics
especially the 'graphical text' section.

for those who worry about the spam you receive: yes it is too late, your e-mail address probably is already listed in one or more of those cd-roms with millions of e-mail addresses which circulate.

/edit/ oops: removed the post - great! /edit/

PS: genaral changes in the list:

* no phone-numbers anymore email should be enough
* no street-address
* email is automatically kinda scrambled (@ and . replaced by code)
