Dubi..

By chance I have made contact with an EASA veteran; Mirjana Marjanovic from Belgrade who lives in London and attended EASA summer events & UK-winter schools between 1996 > 98. I will be meeting her this week for a chat and to gain advice for our INCM. Do you and the other Belgrade team know her? shall I say hello? Open question: Do we require archive material from these years? Jim

projects in de-industialized areas

Hey easa people, I'm doing some research on buildings and projects constructed in areas that has been used in a heavy industrialized manner. E.g gravel pits, gravel plants, open pits, strip mines, quarrys etc. Places that change from heavy industry to new forms of recreational space. Industry sites that have left big "scars" in the areas they have been inhabiting. anyhoot, write me if you have any questions fredrik@gyllenhoff.com

thanks,

Freddie

hi i put you the link of a list with all the swiss representatifs in europe. it's only in german but it should be ok... there you find all adresses of ambassies and consulats (inclusif opening time... :-)

so, for those who want to start with it now.

www.eda.admin.ch

and for those who want more information

www.bfm.admin.ch

there you also find an applicationform for the visa, which you can download, fill in and send to the adress that is given in the other link.

I hope i can help you so far...need a bit of time to get through all of that (and i have to do some exams now...)...but maybe if you click around on those pages you will have enough information.

arch-magz:

request to all of u: I'd need a list of the main architecture magazines in your country (the two or three major per country).

So far I'd say:

Germany (and I presume for the other germanspeaking countries those might be the same): _ DB _ Baumeister _ maybe DBZ

France: _ Architecture d'Aujourd'hui _ Technique et Architecture

UK: _ The Architectural Review _ sth like "Architectural Digest" ?

Belgium: _ A+

Spain: _ El Croquis

I'd be grateful if u could complete the list. Maybe even with a link to the corresponding sites?

Thx a lot
