There is not any oficcial stamp (for example - stamp of your direction of school architecture of France) in our invitations! That means: we've a lot of problems with ambassy! Be ready to answer a lot of qwestions from French ambassador in Belarus by phone and to resend an invitations WITH STAMP by fax! Please!

It's my first time attending EASA, is there anything that I should prepare for? I'm in Paris right now and am looking for a way to get to Roubaix, any suggestions? I also won't be able to make it until the 1st of august, will I be able to pick up from there?

Dear organizers, please, check your mail and send the invitation to ukrainians, too. Please, send it by email to me and by fax to the embassy of France, visa-granting department, along with the participant's contact. (See my emails.) Otherwise it is impossible for us to get a visa in time. Please do it as soon as possible! Thank you.

I didn't received an invitations by mail yet! EASA is coming soon! It makes belorussian particypation in EASA impossible!!! Russia is in the same situation! What's going on? Do you want to see EASA without Eastern Europe?
