Modus Ingenium in Latin means ‘Measuring Talent’.

Talents publish their best works, ideal skill preferences, Meyers-Brigg evaluations, and other very useful information about their individual disciplines.

As of this press release, 18 disciplines are covered in detail.

Based on the work portfolio they are graded by pre-selected professionals on a scale that ranges from 1 to 20 for artistic merit and 1 to 20 for technical merit. The grading score is based only on the portfolio work and is performed by industry professionals with integrity and many years of experience in the respective fields, most with over 20 years of ongoing relevant experience.

Unlike some other services, the grade scores are not publicly linked to the name of the artist, but to his/her portfolio.

As a professional company, Modus Ingenium puts high value on privacy. All information is hidden and not publicly shown. It can be accessed only by Employers and Recruiters and even then, some private information is hidden to protect against spam. When interested, the Employer/Recruiter can contact the artist through the automated system of Modus Ingenium that forwards the contact information to the selected talent.

No information is traded or given to a third party.

The grading also provides useful knowledge for the talent, understanding how much one needs to catch up with the best in the industry.
