Together with Archis/ Volume and some other parties I am organizing together with some local friends in Beirut (Studio Beirut) a summer school/workshop/course there.

the facts: 17 aug - 1 sept / Beirut, Lebanon, price: airplane ticket, and a easa like fee (so a few 100 EUR's) [but still working on it. Sleeping places will be arranged(free). room for about. 15 students (architecture, urbanism sociology, political and conflict studies. (other 15 will be Lebanese). TOPIC: the concept of Public Space in Lebanon (so its meaning under the political tensions, and (potential) conflict.
